I might be wrong in my thinking but there is definitely some
hidden truth somewhere. I can't still fathom and reconcile the fact a journal
will accept a case report from "Institute A" while concomitantly rejecting a much larger series on same
subject from "Institute B" on the grounds of NOT ADDING ANYTHING NEW
TO SCIENCE !
