"For he who innovates will have for his enemies all those who are well off under the existing order of things, and only lukewarm support in those who might be better off under the new."
Niccolò Machiavelli(1).
Leading a change is one of the most onerous task one will encounter in life.
This brings into mind what one of my teachers used to tell me:
Say something new and everyone will hate you
Suggest people change and you will find yourself near the deep sea.
Try to force people to change and you will be dead before the change is realized.
So how can one lead a change?..........to be continued
For he who wants a change will have for his enemies all those who are well off under the existing order of things.....
